Who We Are
I’m Kazeem Alli-Balogun, known to most as Kazy. Over the past decade I’ve bought, sold and renovated property across London, growing from my very first deal into developments worth eight figures and appearing on shows like Homes Under The Hammer along the way. But my story didn’t start with connections or capital. It started with a lot of questions and very few people willing to answer them. That’s the gap I’ve spent years learning to close, first for myself, and now for everyone who follows my journey.
I believe property should be accessible to everyone, whatever your background or your starting point. The knowledge that builds real wealth has been kept behind closed doors for too long, passed quietly between people who already have it. Through Property By Kazy, the podcast and the community, I share the honest version: the strategies, the numbers and the lessons, so a new generation can build with confidence. When more of us get in the room, all of us are better for it.
Everything I do in property comes back to a handful of principles. They shaped how I built my own portfolio, and they shape how I show up for the community, my partners and anyone I work with. These aren’t words on a wall. They’re the standard I hold myself to.
